Pursuant to Title 3, Chapter 1, Section 3-101 of the Code of Ordinances for Farragut, Tennessee, it is ORDERED that the Town of Farragut Municipal Court will convene on the second Monday of every Month beginning at 6:00 PM in the Board Room of Farragut Town Hall for the purpose of conducting hearings on any citations issued for Automated Traffic Enforcement and Code violations. This will be the regularly scheduled monthly court date for the Town of Farragut beginning August 9, 2010.
