Nordin, BHS take control vs. shorthanded Admirals

Tied 1-1 at halftime against perennial powerhouse Bearden on its home field Friday evening, April 28, Farragut would pay the price for being shorthanded in the second half — due to a red card — helping the Soccer Dawgs pull away for a 4-1 victory. (Pictured) senior Jack Bukovitz of Farragut, left, battled BHS senior Harrison Schwall for a header. The Ads (2-10-1 starting the week) scored in the opening minute on a header goal by junior forward Brooks Burnette. But Bearden (11-0-3) answered with four goals from star senior forward Lucas Nordin. Hamid Djouadi assisted two of those, with Preston Ford and Jack Raulston adding one assist each.
