• On Jan. 12, complainant stated between 3:10 p.m., Jan. 11, and 2:27 p.m., Jan. 12, two suspects came into a Parkside Drive store and took the victim's wallet with the listed items inside, with total value of $49. He advised the wallet is his wife's and he has the suspects on video taking the wallet. He stated both of his wife's credit cards were used at Walmart, Walbrook Drive, for $200 each. Total charge was $400.

• On Jan. 10, a Meadow Walk Lane complainant advised be-tween 4:41 and 4:53, Jan. 10, an unknown suspect broke into her vehicle and took a purse, wallet and cash valued at $90. The complainant advised the vehicle was locked, but the suspect broke the rear drivers side window, damage valued at $150, to gain entry. The complainant stated at this time she is only missing her purse and the items in the purse. The complainant was advised to contact Teleserve if more information arises.

• On Jan. 10 a complainant stated between 11:20 and 11:30 a.m., Jan. 10, the suspect walked out of Costco, 10745 Kingston Pike, wearing a pair of men’s Calvin Klein gray jeans he had stolen. He said the suspect also stole a Logitech Ultimate Ears Boom Speaker. Items value is a combined $150. According to the complainant, suspect left in a dark green Toyota Corolla with gold lettering. The complainant advised they did not get any license plate information. The victim said they do have a photo of the suspect he can e-mail the detective assigned. The complainant advised the detective should ask for the store manager for follow-up.

• On Jan. 9, a Moat Sewell Road complainant advised between 5 and 5:30 a.m., Jan. 9, unknown suspect(s) did $1,7000 in damage to his Ford F-150 pick-up truck and stole shoes, snowboarding boots and sunglasses inside of the vehicle, valued at $350. He advised the vehicle was left unlocked and parked in the grass beside the driveway. He advised the suspect busted out his tail-lights, head lights, broke off the windshield wipers, and busted his side mirrors.

• On Jan. 9 at approximately 8:30 a.m., KCSO was dispatched to a Concord Road residence in reference to items being stolen. Victim stated he left his residence at about 8 p.m., Jan. 8, and returned around 7 a.m, Jan. 9. The victim stated all the doors to the residence were opened and his front window was broken. The victim stated he was missing a HS 2000 9mm handgun, a Smith and Wesson 38 snub nose revolver, two antique double barrel shotguns, one bolt action .410 shotgun, one Yamaha Classic six string guitar and one Rosewood 6 string guitar. Stolen items valued at $1,300. Victim had no further information about the items that were stolen.

• On Jan. 9 at approximately 11:12 a.m., KCSO was dispatched to a McFee Road residence in reference to vandalism. Victim stated he noticed earlier that morning his Chevrolet Malibu had been damaged. The passenger side front bumper had been hit with something, causing the headlight to fall out and the bumper to crack. Victim named a suspect, stating he and the suspect had a recent physical altercation. The victim stated he did not witness the vandalism. The victim was given a report number for this incident.

• A Norcross Drive victim stated at approximately 12:07 p.m., Jan. 5, person(s) unknown stole his iPhone 6, valued at $600, from his place of employment. At the time of this report the victim could not advise the serial number. The victim said he was trying to track the phone through GPS. While on the phone with the victim it showed the phone was located on Battlefront Trail between Burnside and Rebel Pass. He requested to be connected to communications to see if an officer could locate the phone at this location.

• On Jan. 3, a Hawkstone Lane complainant stated between 10 p.m., Jan. 2, and 6:30 a.m., Jan. 3, person(s) unknown entered her Toyota vehicle and her husband’s Ford truck. Complainant said the suspect(s) stole her purse with listed contents except for Rayban sunglasses, which were not in her purse inside the Toyota. She advised her husband’s truck was ransacked but nothing was taken. According to the victim, at approximately 11:45 a.m., Jan. 3, an elderly couple who live in Sailview Subdivision nearby found her wallet and drivers license laying at the side of the roadway next to their garbage can. The couple brought the wallet and drivers license back to her residence. The victim advised both vehicles were unlocked.

• On Jan. 3 between 1 and 1:37 p.m., complainant advised an unknown suspect stole a light, a flashlight and a wallet, valued at $50, out of her vehicle. The complainant advised the vehicle was unlocked and there was no damage made to the vehicle. The complainant stated the whole vehicle had been rummaged through. The complainant stated the vehicle is registered to her husband, but she drives the vehicle. The complainant was advised to contact Teleserve if more information arises.

• On Jan. 3, a Woodcliff Drive complainant stated between 9:30 p.m., Dec. 30, and 12:30 p.m., Jan. 3, an unknown suspect gained entry into her vehicle by unknown means and took her GPS. She advised no damage was done to the vehicle at the time of report. She was advised to call back with a serial number for NCIC entry.

• On Jan. 3, a complainant with a Hwy. 95 address, Lenoir City, advised between 10:15 and 10:38 p.m., Jan. 3, an unknown suspect took a purse, wallet and cash, valued at $52, out of her vehicle. The complainant stated her vehicle was left unlocked and there was damage made to her vehicle. The complainant stated the purse was sitting inside of her vehicle in the floor. The complainant was advised to contact Teleserve if more information arises.

• On Jan. 2 at 9:53 p.m., complainant advised the suspect took a Nike Half Zip pullover, valued at $55, out of the store without paying. The complainant stated the suspect came in the store wearing three blue zip up jackets and took the item he stole into the dressing room. The complainant advised he took off his jacket and left it in the dressing room and put on the item he took and walked out of the store. The complainant stated the suspect left in the listed vehicle. The complainant advised they do have video surveillance.

• On Dec. 29 between 4:30 and 5:26 p.m., KCSO responded to a complainant at Dairy Queen, 11208 Kingston Pike, who advised the suspect took a Salvation Army bucket, valued at $60, from the business. The complainant advised she did not see the suspect take the item, but other customers in the business saw the suspect take the bucket. The complainant stated they do have cameras inside the store, but have not looked at them yet to get a better suspect description. The complainant was advised to contact Teleserve if more information arises.

• On Dec. 29 at 4:51 p.m., KCSO responded to 11467 Parkside Drive for misdemeanor shoplifting. Complainant stated suspect came into Belleza Salon and Spa on Dec. 28 and stole a flat iron from the counter. Complainant further stated he did not notice the theft until approximately 2:30 p.m. on Dec. 29. Complainant showed officers store video of suspect placing the flat iron, valued at $194.47, in her purse and leaving the store. Suspect returned to Belleza Salon and Spa and was taken into custody because the offense was likely to continue. A search of suspect’s belongings revealed a small straw with powder residue and one-and-a-half pills believed to be Suboxone. Suspect was given a no trespass warning per request from complainant. Suspect was taken into custody and transported to the detention facility.

• On Dec. 29 at approximately 10:10 a.m, KCSO responded to a Fords Cove Lane residence for a vandalism call. Upon arrival, officers made contact with complainant/victim. The victim stated that while she was in the shower she heard glass break. When the victim got out of the shower and went into the living room, she noticed her back glass door was shattered. The door was valued at approximately $1,000. The residence was cleared and nothing was found to be stolen. X-Ray 12 responded and processed the scene.

• On Dec. 27 at approximately 6:02 hours, KCSO responded to (Belk), 11397 Parkside Drive, for a theft by shoplifting. Complainant/witness reported that he observed the suspect take merchandise, a can of gumdrops, open it and eat it, then put the merchandise back on the shelf and exit the store without making any attempt to pay for the merchandise. Suspect was stopped outside of the store on the sidewalk. Suspect admitter to taking and eating the merchandise. Merchandise was recovered from the shelf opened. The merchandise total was $3.06, which is a class A misdemeanor. Suspect was arrested. There is Belk security video of the incident.

• On Dec. 26 at approximately 6:45 p.m., KCSO responded to victim (Belk), 11397 Parkside Drive, for a theft by shoplifting. Complainant/witness reported that he observed the suspect take merchandise, socks and a shirt, and exit the store without making any attempt to pay for the merchandise. Suspect was stopped in the parking lot. Suspect admitted to taking the merchandise. Merchandise was recovered from the suspect's person. The merchandise total was $10.49, which is a class A misdemeanor. Suspect was arrested. There is Belk security video of the incident.

• On Dec. 23, complainant advised between 7:03 and 7:15 p.m., Dec. 19, an unknown suspect stole a dolly, valued at $40. She advised the listed item was on her porch, which is visible from the road.

• On Dec. 23 at approximately 3:36 p.m., KCSO responded to victim (Walmart),10900 Parkside Drive for a theft by shoplifting. Complainant/witness reported that he observed the suspect take merchandise and then suspect exited the store without making any attempt to pay for the merchandise. Suspect admitted to taking the merchandise. Merchandise was recovered. The merchandise, drinks, socks, tarps and a throw, was valued at $102.27, which is a class A misdemeanor. Suspect was arrested. There is Walmart security video of the incident.

• On Dec. 23, 2016 at approximately 8:02 p.m., KCSO responded to 11534 Parkside Dr. (JC Penny) while working the Shoplifting Task Force, in regards to a theft. Upon arrival, victim/complainant stated she witnessed suspect/arrestee conceal merchandise (retail price $100.00) and exit the business. Officers did make contact with suspect in the parking lot. Officers did locate the merchandise along with other merchandise believed to be stolen. Six Somas and two Xanax were located on suspect’s person. Suspect stated she did not have a prescription for the narcotics. Another suspect/arrestee was sitting in the driver seat of the white Chevy HHR while it was running. While speaking with second suspect, it appeared that she was under the influence of a narcotic. Second suspect stated she had taken one Hydrocodone and one Alprazolam. This suspect did submit to a battery of field sobriety tasks and failed and was read the Tennessee Implied Consent Law, and refused a non-mandatory blood draw. Both suspects were taken into custody. The narcotics will be placed in the drug locker at Knox County detention facility.

• Complainant advised on Dec. 25 between 1 a.m. and noon an unknown suspect entered into her vehicle and took a backpack valued at $20. Complainant stated the vehicle was unlocked during the time of the incident.

• On Dec. 22, at approximately 7:34 p.m., KCSO responded to 11455 Parkside Dr. (Marshalls) while working the Shoplifting Task Force, in regards to a theft. Upon arrival, victim/complainant stated he witnessed two female suspects/arrestee, conceal merchandise (retail price $229.98) and exit the business. Officers came in contact with the suspects at their vehicle. Officers did locate the merchandise belonging to Marshalls and other merchandise that was believed to be stolen. Upon inventory of the vehicle officers did locate nine-counterfeit/fraudulent credit card. Marshalls did take possession of the merchandise. Both suspects were taken into custody. Marshalls does have video documentation.
