• As empty nesters wanting to downsize but still stay in our great community of Farragut, we were thrilled to see that Bob Mohney is hoping to build lower cost homes. No doubt we are not the only seniors that feel this way and it would be awesome to have a new community offering affordable housing. Good luck, Bob, and hope the Town of Farragut honors your request!
• Regarding the Mohney article [Jan. 19 issue, page 1A], I wonder if Mohney’s “affordable housing” is merely a cloak put around an effort to make his land more profitable. Farragut isn’t San Francisco and affordable housing is available, if not in Farragut, it is close by. I enjoy the restrictions and regulations that make Farragut a good place to live.
