Davis new CAK tennis coach
Christian Academy of Knoxville has introduced Mike Davis as its new boys tennis head coach.
A Bearden High School graduate, he earned a four-year tennis scholarship to The Citadel, where he served as team captain and earned the Marion S. Lewis Award — the highest award given to a tennis player at the military college.
Davis was tennis pro at clubs in Cathedral City and Rancho Mirage, California. He recently served as president of Knoxville Racquet Club.
Professionally, Davis is owner/president of Health Care Plus, Inc.
He also currently serves as a deacon at Central Baptist Church Bearden.
