Appreciation for efforts in Food-Wine Fest
To all of you wonderful Farragut Food & Wine Festival participants:
I am trying to find the right words to express my sincere appreciation of your efforts that obviously helped Shop Farragut produce one of the finest “Taste of Farragut” events in many years.
With over 700 attendees and comfortable weather it certainly was a festive night! The food was superb, the beverages were tasty and the entertainment most enjoyable.
Thank you to all our 50 Volunteers! A shout out to Ben Chenot from Farragut High School’s Honor Society, who helped coordinate this effort.
Thank you to our sponsors: Turkey Creek Medical Center, TDS Telecom, SouthEast Bank, Grayson BMW, Event Rentals, TNBank, Costco, EXIT Realty Network, Junk Bee Gone, First Utility District, Site One Nursery, Josh Hemphill State Farm, Milestone Event Center and our media partners — B97.5 FM, farragutpress, Bingham Group | Farragut Life Magazine and i105 FM.
Thank you to our V.I.B. patrons and the chefs from Citico’s at WindRiver, Seasons Café, Clean Eatz and Tennova Turkey Creek.
Thank you to our additional Festival food vendors, including Water Into Wine Bistro & Lounge, Buddy’s Bar-B-Q Farragut, Costco Wholesale, Tropical Smoothie Café, First Watch, Buttermilk Sky, Dickey’s Barbecue Pit, Cutting Edge Classroom, Restaurant Linderhof, Mind Yer P’s & Q’s, Longhorn Steakhouse, The French Market Café, The Juice Bar, The Blue Heron Restaurant, Gelato Brothers, The Casual Pint, Don Delphis Pancakes, Fleming’s and Ringo’s BBQ and Burgers.
Thank you to our wine providers from Best Brands Distributors, Empire Distributors, Knoxville Beverage, and Lipman Bros. Distributing without whose contribution I would not have to get a special permit from the state (LOL).
Thank you to our host, the Town of Farragut, and its awesome Public Works department.
And finally, thank you to everyone who attended the 2018 Farragut Food & Wine Festival 9.
On behalf of the Board of Directors of the Farragut Business Alliance (Shop Farragut), please accept our gratitude and appreciation.
We hope you’ll take our call next year for No. 10!
