‘Fishy’ Fun in Farragut!

Knox County families gathered along the banks at The Cove at Concord Park Saturday, June 9, to take advantage of Free Fishing Day, sponsored by Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency, in partnership with WoodmenLife and Tennessee Valley Sportsman Club.

TWRA provided rods, bait, tackle, bottled water and prizes for children while Tennessee Sportsman Club and WoodmenLife treated families to free hotdogs and snacks. The event gave families a day to fish without a license.
