Police Report

• At 2:53 p.m., Monday, July 16, a Torrey Pines Point complainant called Knox County Sheriff’s Office Teleserve Unit to report a vandalism of her residence. Complainant advised eggs were thrown at her home and her front door was damaged in the early morning hours of Saturday, July 14. Complainant advised she does not know who vandalized her front door, but said she found a white crate with green writing, “Great Value,” on it that may have held about 60 eggs. Estimated value of damage was listed at $200. Complainant advised she will not be filing a claim with her homeowner’s insurance.

• At 1:37 p.m., Monday, July 16, an Augusta National Way victim (Fox Den subdivision) called KCSO North Precinct to report an incident at her residence. Victim said person(s) unknown egged her whole house between 10 p.m., Friday, July 13, and 8 a.m., Saturday, July 14. Victim advised the family was out of town when this occurred. She said she tried to wash off the outside of her house, but the egg residue would not come off. Victim said this is the fourth time in a month their home and others in the subdivision have been egged. Estimated value of damage was listed at $2,000. She said one neighbor found an egg carton in her yard with a Walmart receipt.

• At 12:10 p.m., July 14, a Peterson Road complainant called KCSO Teleserve Unit to report an incident at a Dorcee Lane residence. Complainant advised his wallet was stolen between the hours of 11 a.m. and 1:30 p.m., July 13. Complainant advised the night before was the last time he remembered having his wallet, but knows there was a hole in his pants that caused him to lose it. Complainant advised his friend texted him around 11 a.m., July 13, stating his wallet was found and put on the table in the residence. When complainant got back to the residence to retrieve

it, his wallet was not there. Complainant said there are three suspects: the only people in the residence during the time frame and wants to prosecute. Estimated value of loss was listed at $315.

• At 10:57 p.m., Sunday, July 8, a complainant said the suspect was observed inside Kroger, 189 Brooklawn Street, at 11:03 a.m., May 29, selecting nine cases of Budweiser beer then exiting the store, passing all points of sale without making an attempt to pay for the merchandise. Retail price of the beer was listed at $220.41. Suspect was identified by the complainant.
