• At 3:25 a.m., Saturday, Sept. 15, Knox County Sheriff’s officers responded to 11220 Outlet Drive (Cotton Eyed Joe) in reference to a theft. Complainant/victim said she went out with some friends and they were drinking. Victim said she gave her keys to one of her friends. The suspect then took the keys from the friend, who also was a friend of the suspect. Victim asked for her keys back, but the suspect started yelling at her and left the scene. Suspect texted the victim and told her he threw the keys away. Victim said the suspect kept texting using profanity and calling her names. Victim requested a tow truck to unlock her vehicle and to transport it to her house.

• At 9:48 a.m., Wednesday, Sept. 12, a complainant called KCSO West Precinct to report an incident on Interstate 40/75 between Watt Road and Campbell Station Road. Complainant advised the suspect was tailgating his vehicle while on her cell phone. He then put his cell phone up to the mirror and suspect got upset. She flipped-off the victim, started cussing him and threw an unknown object from her vehicle and hit the victim’s vehicle. Complainant advised when he got to his destination he noticed a dent and contacted his insurance company. No value of damage was listed on the report.

• At 8:48 a.m., Sept. 12, a Hitching Post Drive complainant called KCSO West Precinct to report an incident at his residence. Complainant advised an unknown suspect gained entry into his 2011 Toyota Tacoma by unknown means. He advised at the time of report no known damage was done to the vehicle to gain entry. He advised the items stolen, with a total value estimated at $1,270, included a $600 Spring FIE firearm and a $250 Surefire light. He was advised to call back with a serial number for NCIC entry. At 3:44 p.m. that day, complainant called back with the serial number.
