Showcasing 40-plus homes, HBAGK’s Parade of Homes runs through Oct. 28

The Home Builders Association of Greater Knoxville 2018 Parade of Homes currently is underway, showcasing more than 40 homes in and around Knoxville every Friday, Saturday and Sunday through Sunday, Oct. 28.

The new homes built have added more than $22 million to the area economy this year, according to a HBAGK press release.

Those who already own a home and are not in the market to build or buy also will find an endless number of ideas to upgrade, modernize and remodel their existing home utilizing the latest designs and technological advancements.

The free event provides one-on-one access to builders and their representatives at each showcase home.

A complete listing of homes is available in the guidebook and on the free Parade Craze app for iPhone and Android phones, which includes GPS directions to each property.

The Parade of Homes showcases the work and capabilities of East Tennessee’s premier builders, trusted members of HBAGK, and exposes consumers to the newest home-related products, technologies and designs.
