Farragut trail featured during 2019 Dogwood Arts Festival
Farragut’s Dogwood trail, comprising miles of Fox Den and Village Green subdivision beauty, is the featured trail of 2019 Dogwood Arts Festival.
Festival officials are advising its Bazillion Blooms program could help Farragut homeowners get their yards ready for dogwood season.
The program is offering dogwood trees for sale through Friday, Nov. 16. The trees, which are 2 to 4-feet tall with bare roots, are $25 each or five for $100.
Trees must be ordered in advance and picked up at the University of Tennessee Gardens along Neyland Drive between 9 a.m. and noon, Saturday, Dec. 1.
Dogwood Arts officials hope to plant 10,000 dogwood trees throughout the Knoxville area by December 2018 through the Bazillion Blooms program.
