Election Precinct Report

Republicans rolled to easy victories in six Election Day contests connected to Town of Farragut, Concord and the Hardin Valley community.

Incumbents Jason Zachary (R-state House District 14) and Dr. Richard Briggs (R-state Senate District 7) were joined in victory circle Tuesday night, Nov. 6, by four who were newly elected: Justin Lafferty (R-state House District 89), former Knox County Mayor Tim Burchett (R-U.S. House District 2), U.S. Rep. Marsha Blackburn (R-U.S. Senate) and Bill Lee (R-governor).
