Admirals retain stetson trophy

Awarded $1,000 prize as HWWW farragutpress-PureMagic repeat champs

As repeat champions of annual farragutpress How the West Was Won Presented by PureMagic Carwash contest for best high school football regular season record (9-1), the Farragut Admirals collected the spoils of their success during the program’s annual banquet, held at The Venue in Lenoir City Sunday evening, Dec. 2.

On hand to collect checks from farragutpress and PureMagic totalling $1,000, while retaining possession of the contest’s bronze Stetson hat trophy, are Eddie Courtney, far left, Admirals varsity football head coach, alongside FHS team captains, from left, Tanner Corum, Kyle Carter, Caleb Kuhn and Cooper Mashburn.
