10th Taste of Farragut set May 3

Presented this year by Turkey Creek Medical Center, The Taste of Farragut will be held from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m., Friday, May 3, in the “old Kroger” parking lot, 11240 Kingston Pike.
Shop Farragut and the Town of Farragut will host The 10th Taste of Farragut (formerly known as Farragut Food & Wine Festival), which has proven to have a regional draw of more than 1,000.

Presented this year by Turkey Creek Medical Center, The Taste of Farragut will be held from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m., Friday, May 3, in the “old Kroger” parking lot, 11240 Kingston Pike, across from the Lendon Welch Way entrance to Farragut High School.

“This year’s goal for the Festival is to showcase all of Farragut life,” said Stephen Krempasky, Shop Farragut/Farragut Business Alliance executive director. “Not only will it highlight the culinary arts and innovations in adult beverages found in and around the Farragut community, but it will also include a unique gathering of retail and service providers.”

“Already we are assembling an impressive line-up of area businesses,” said Candace Viox, president of Shop Farragut/FBA.

The exclusive “Very Important Bites” experience and the popular Beer Lounge will be back this year with live entertainment throughout the evening. Tickets will go on-sale this spring.
