Webb’s Collier earns Division II-A Miss Basketball honors

Casey Collier, Webb School of Knoxville All-State senior point guard known for being “a coach on the court,” has been named Division II-A Miss Basketball in the state of Tennessee.
The Lipscomb University signee scored almost 1,500 points during her stellar career, helping Webb win a pair of state titles — most recently the 2018 Division II-A state crown.
“Casey, thank you for all you’ve done for Webb School. You’ve been a great leader and a great player with one of the most successful programs in the state of Tennessee,” said Dave Meske, Webb athletic director and varsity football head coach, during Collier’s National Letter of Intent signing day ceremony Nov. 16 in Webb’s Lee Athletic Center.
Ques Glover of Bearden, All-State senior point guard, was one of three finalists for Division I Class AAA Mr. Basketball honors.
