Concord Galleria opening in July
A new shopping center, Concord Galleria, is being built at 10800 Kingston Pike, across from Mansour Hasan State Farm and Costco, and will offer six spaces for lease this summer.
NAI Koella | RM Moore Inc. is developing the 7,545-square-foot building on the .85-acre lot, with six spaces — five still available for lease.
The building will be ready for tenant build-outs in early July of this year, senior advisor Michelle Gibbs said.
In a press release, Gibbs stated the location provides high visibility and access off Kingston Pike, which generates customers from its neighbors, such as Costco.
She also cited close proximity to Interstate 40, Turkey Creek, Lovell Road and Pellissippi Parkway. It also has drive-through and outdoor seating available.
The release stated five of the spaces are 1,200 square feet each, while one is 1,515 square feet.
