through the lens

Given some strong responses in the last week or so from Kingsgate subdivision residents disapproving the more narrow Peterson Road, which is intended by Town of Farragut as a traffic-calming measure, should more narrow lanes be used for other Town subdivisions and neighborhoods also looking to find the proper traffic-calming measure? Especially where speed bumps can’t be used, as Town officials said was the case along Peterson Road. Does it work to slow traffic?
