• Tellico Lake agent Brian Kincaid II has been named an Aqua Award winner for his national achievements in lake real estate at Lake Homes Realty’s 2019 Agent Summit, which was held in October. The Aqua Award goes to agents who close a minimum of $3.5 million and up to, but not including, $10 million in total transaction volume between Sept. 1, 2018, and Aug. 31, 2019.

• Tennova Healthcare announced the availability of a toll-free helpline designed to help Medicare beneficiaries select a health plan that fits their needs and budget. • Premier Surgical Associations has named Tom White, PHR, as human resources director for the group’s Knoxville area and Cleveland, Tennessee, offices. White, who has more than 20 years experience in healthcare human resources, is taking over the role with the retirement of Nelda Sparkman, who has served as Premier’s human resources director since 1997. White previously served at Tennova Healthcare and Summit Medical Group in Knoxville, Maury Regional Medical Center and Blue Ridge Regional Hospital.
