Tia Walker, (seated in the middle in white top), Hardin Valley Academy Class of 2020 standout softball catcher, recently signed with Maryville College, an NCAA Division III school, as a student/athlete. “Tia has been a joy to coach these past four years. Her love for the game and for her teammates is unmatched,” said Whitney Hickam-Cruze, HVA softball head coach, (standing third from right), who joined Walker and her Lady Hawks teammates during the ceremony. “She will be a great addition for Maryville’s softball program.”
