While the Division II-AA Spartans (1-1) had it rough, falling to the defending Division II-AAA state champion Blue Tornado 55-0, Bonifacio stood out. The junior linebacker led his team in tackles with 11 total, including six solo. Spartan Charlie Robinson, sophomore defensive back, added seven stops, five of which were solo.
