• Frank Rosamond, former president of Knoxville News Sentinel, recently opened Mondbiz Strategic Business Solutions at 9111 Cross Park Drive, Knoxvile. Mondbiz is a full-service firm specializing in advertising, sales and marketing to help businesses adapt and grow. It has purchased the local franchise, Sandler Training, whose former owner, Steve Herzog, has joined Mondbiz as an associate partner/trainer.

• University of Tennessee Medical Center Home Care Services-Hospice recently earned the 2019 SHPBest “Superior Performer” Caregiver Satisfaction Award by Strategic Healthcare Programs for achieving an overall caregiver and family satisfaction score that ranked in the top 20 percent of all eligible SHP clients for the 2019 calendar year.

• RCN Technologies, a technology-based managed services and LTE 5G connectivity company founded and headquartered in Knoxville, recently earned its first ranking in the 2020 edition of the Inc. 5000 list of the fastest-growing private companies in America. RCN makes its debut on the elite list of successful businesses ranked No. 1,895 of the 5,000 companies with the most year-over-year revenue growth in the country.

• Dominick Jackson recently joined Citizens Bank as executive vice president and Knoxville market president. Jackson has been involved in the growth of Northeast Tennessee for 16 years, beginning his banking career as a credit administrator. During the past 14 years, he has been directly involved in commercial lending in both production and management.

• The University of Tennessee Medical Center recently unveiled University Health System Inc. Board of Directors Past Chairs’ Wall, which is a tribute to the commitment and contribution of the board’s top leaders. William S. Rukeyser was honored during the unveiling as the system’s second chairman of the board, a role he served since 2011.

• Knoxville-based Covenant Health ranked No. 15 as a 2020 “Best-in-State Employer” in Tennessee by Forbes Magazine among a list of 75 top employers in the state. Covenant Health is the largest private employer in East Tennessee. Covenant Health hospitals and member organizations include Fort Loudoun Medical Center in Lenoir City, Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center, Parkwest Medical Center, Patricia Neal Rehabilitation Center and Peninsula in Knoxville, among others.
