In light of the pandemic, Farragut West Knox Chamber of Commerce changed its traditional Holiday Open House to
Holiday Drop-In, Drop-Off event, which took place in the
Chamber office, 11826 Kingston Pike, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Tuesday, Dec. 15.
Still, there was a steady stream of members all day according to Julie Blaylock, Farragut West Knox Chamber of Commerce president/CEO. Members were welcomed with hot chocolate, coffee, a treat bag and, at times, a cardboard likeness of Blaylock.
Along with the drop-in segment, members also dropped off gifts for the 11 families that were adopted through the American Cancer Society and Faith Promise Church. Blaylock said FWKCC members went above and beyond in filling the families’ wish lists.
