KCSO reports
• At 5:38 p.m., Saturday, March 6, a complainant called Knox County Sheriff’s Office Teleserve Unit to report an estimated $7,000 in vandalism to the field beside the U-Haul, 10883 Kingston Pike. Complainant advised unknown suspects were using a Nissan truck to “cut donuts” in the field as first observed at 5:15 p.m. that day. Suspects did not have permission to drive their truck onto the property.
• At 12:31 p.m., March 6, a Girl Scout leader called KCSO Teleserve Unit to report a theft from Walgreens, 601 N. Campbell Station Road. Complainant advised she was selling Girl Scout cookies with her Troop outside of the business when, around 10 a.m., “she turned to help a customer, and when she looked back she realized two cases of cookies were gone,” the report stated. Estimated value of the cookies was listed at $96.
• At 4:50 p.m., Friday, March 5, a complainant called KCSO Teleserve Unit to report a 1994 Genesis boat, with a value listed at $8,000 in the report, stolen from German Automotive Service and Sales, 10048 Parkside Drive. Complainant advised the incident occurred between 9:33 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. that day.
