• Contrary to a Thursday, April 22, Presstalk, it is Susan Horn’s (5th District representative and current chair of Knox County Board of Education) Constitutional right to choose to wear a mask if she so desires.
• I was gratified to see that someone else called in just this past week (inaudible section of message; reference is an April 22 Presstalk caller). .. I’m absolutely disgusted by the cutting down of trees at the corner of Kingston Pike and Admiral Road. Has to have been dozens and dozen (cut), and I find this is a growing trend in this area: rampant de-forestation. And I’m sure this area will continue to attract young families. But, to be clear, I’m in my late 20s and I’m counting the days until I can get out of here because I don’t have to see this sort of thing anymore.
