Minor allegedly assaulted at Regal Pinnacle
A minor allegedly was assaulted at Regal Pinnacle Screen X, 4DX, IMAX & RPX movie theater in Turkey Creek last week according to a report from Knoxville Police Department. Its Special Crimes Unit is investigating after KPD responded around 2:30 p.m., Friday, June 11, to 11240 Parkside Drive, where it was reported a minor had been assaulted while in one of the theater’s men’s restrooms.
“The involved parties are known and accounted for while the investigation remains active and ongoing at this time,” KPD communications manager Scott Erland stated in an e-mail.
“There have been no charges filed and no arrests made as of Monday afternoon” June 14, he added.
