At 5:07 p.m., Thursday, Sept. 16, a complainant called Knox County Sheriff’s Office Teleserve Unit to report a vehicular burglary at a Pryse Farm Boulevard residence.
He advised on Sept. 16 he received a text notification from Summit Federal Credit Union regarding what appeared to be fraudulent activity for a $500 charge made at Walmart in Lenoir City. He advised last seeing his wallet inside the vehicle Monday, Sept. 13, and when he checked he discovered it was missing. He advised there was no damage to the vehicle, and believes the doors were left unlocked. Total loss estimated at $550.
• On Wednesday, Sept. 15, officers were dispatched to a Lanesborough Way address concerning a burglary. Officers spoke to the victim, who reported someone came into his apartment and stole his new PlayStation. Total value of loss was estimated at $1,000. Victim said his girlfriend left the door unlocked when she went to work and someone came inside. Victim said he did not know who might have entered his apartment. There was no suspect information when the report was filed. Victim is going to try and get the serial number for the PlayStation.
