Last chance to appreciate Parade of Homes tour
Prospective home buyers and home enthusiasts have just three more days to see nearly 30 area homes on this year’s Home Builders Association of Greater Knoxville’s 40th annual Parade of Homes.
The 2021 Parade concludes this weekend from noon to 5 p.m., Friday, Oct. 15, Saturday, Oct. 16 and Sunday, Oct. 17.
According to a HBAGK press release, “Everything from the latest interior designs, technology and innovative building materials can be viewed at the various Parade of Homes sites.”
The homes in this year’s Parade range from $210,000 to more than $1.8 million in price, including spec and custom homes in a variety of sizes.
Parade homes are located in Knox, Anderson, Blount, Loudon and Monroe counties, and in the cities of Oak Ridge, Clinton, Maryville, Knoxville and Lenoir City, as well as the Town of Farragut, where three homes are featured.
Additionally, six of the homes are located in the Hardin Valley community.
Participating builders include Mike Stevens Homes Inc., Saddlebrook Properties, White Mountain Homes, Cook Brothers Homes, Tri-Phase Construction, Ball Homes, Noble Knights Construction Services Inc., Smithbilt Homes, Worley Builders, D.R. The HBAGK’s Parade of Homes is one of the longest running in the country, according to organizers.
