Dodgen Court Dedication

For his 26 years of quality service as a boys varsity basketball coach-turned athletic director at Farragut High School, Donald Dodgen was honored with having the court inside Lynn E. Sexton Gymnasium dedicated in his honor during a ceremony between FHS varsity hoops games Tuesday night, Jan. 25.

It will become Donald Dodgen Court officially — to be inscribed on the floor — upon his retirement and Board of Education’s OK. Alongside are daughters, Brianne McCroskey, left, with grandson, Charlie, and Whitney Dyer with granddaughters, Adeline, 1, and Kenzie, 3.
