Visit Farragut will host its second Songwriters Showcase from 6:30 to 10 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 26, in Farragut Community Center, Jamestowne Boulevard.
This event is held in conjunction with Tennessee Songwriters Week, which occurs annually during the final week of February.
Visitors can expect performances by local singer-songwriters, including Jordan Burris of Pale Root, Haley Labelle and Mike Snodgrass.
Knoxville School of Rock also will be featured to showcase the extraordinary local youth talent.
Attendants can reserve entire tables or individual seats. Tickets are available for purchase on the event website. Food will be available for purchase from Daddy Mac’s Downhome Dive.
“The Songwriters Showcase is a good partnership with the Tennessee Department of Tourism,” Farragut Tourism coordinator Karen Tindal said.
“This will be a great way to showcase our local businesses in Farragut while supporting live and local music,” she added.
