Anytime Fitness Farragut recognized as top 1% performing club for 2021
Several performance metrics generate monthly and annual rankings — including member satisfaction surveys, staff response time for member input and member attrition rates — which are key corporate indicators regarding a franchisee meeting company goals.
“Thanks to the hard work of the team at the Farragut location and to a thriving community of members, we’re making healthy happen every day,” said Louise Povlin, who co-owns the business, 12572 Kingston Pike, with her husband, Jay Povlin. “We are thrilled to have this recognition and appreciate our members’ support, especially after the difficulties as we came out of the mandated shutdowns in 2020. Despite the challenges, the team really hit it out of the park.”
“It’s especially pleasing seeing the team gel around a goal of making this club grow through extreme attention to the member’s success and a hyper focus on club culture,” Jay added. “This is not easy work and takes dedication and perseverance. Louise and I would like to thank Estella Nelson, our member experience manager, for the hours and consistently high standards of performance.”
First opening its doors Oct. 12, 2012, Anytime Fitness Farragut will host special events marking its 10th anniversary close to that Oct. 12 date.
“Performance like this is not easy and should be celebrated,” said Thomas Carlson, Anytime Fitness Corporate Franchise consultant for the Farragut location. “Throughout the years, the Farragut team worked with us on ideas to enhance the experience and improve performance. Obviously, they succeeded, and we couldn’t be more pleased!”
Anytime Fitness opened its doors Oct. 12, 2012, at 12572 Kingston Pike, and has operated in that location since that time.
As the club approaches it 10th anniversary, there will be other special event and celebrations being held, Jay Povlin said.
“Anytime Fitness Farragut looks forward to serving the community for many years to come,” he added.
