Lilac Fairy takes flight
They are among nearly 20 Farragut students who will be performing in the ballet Saturday, April 2, and Sunday, April 3, in Oak Ridge High School’s Performing Arts Center, 1450 Oak Ridge Turnpike, Oak Ridge.
ORCBA’s production of this classic ballet has all new sets, choreography and costumes and is the first time the company has presented the ballet in its entirety since 2010.
Ticket prices range from $12 to $18 and may be purchased at orcba.org or at the door.
Founded in 1963, ORCBA is a non-profit community arts organization devoted to the education and production of ballet as an art form. ORCBA is dedicated to stimulating a wider appreciation of dance, developing local dance talent and bringing quality professional performances to Oak Ridge, Knoxville and the surrounding communities.
