ERC working to encourage Town teachers
Farragut’s Education Relations Committee would like to put a “spring in the step” of all Town school teachers, and it’s asking for the public’s help.
After estimating the number of teachers and staff among both public (Farragut Primary, Intermediate, Middle and High schools) and private (Knoxville Christian School, Concord Christian School and St. John Neumann Catholic School), schools and arriving at a total of around 600, the committee is planning to give “goodie bags” to all next week.
Anyone wishing to donate, either through gift cards or individually wrapped chips, candies or treats may do so at Farragut Town Hall through this Friday, April 1.
The committee will reconvene Monday, April 4, to put the gift bags together.
