Leach named CCS Class of 2022 valedictorian; McClure salutatorian

Concord Christian School announced Kade Leach is its valedictorian for the Class of 2022, and Jacob McClure as class salutatorian.

Leach has a 4.5 grade-point average, scored a 32 on his ACT and is planning to attend the University of Tennessee, Knoxville’s Tickle College of Engineering.

He was co-captain of the school’s swim team, a first- place finisher of the 50-yard freestyle at the KISL swim meet, a Worship Team student leader and recipient of the Daughters of the American Revolution Good Citizen Award.

He is the son of Kent and Karen Leach.

McClure has a 4.42 GPA, scored a 30 on his ACT and is planning to attend Tennessee Tech University and major in mechanical engineering next fall.

During his time at CCS, McClure has participated in track and cross country. He also has been in the National Junior Honor Society, CCS Marching Band all four years and the school’s Praise Band for the last two years.

He is the son of Casey and Margarita McClure.
