ALDI, the first business to open in Biddle Farms Town Center (170 Brooklawn St.), kicked off with an official grand opening and ribbon cutting Thursday morning, July 14. Those on hand included John Larkin (third from right), ALDI store manager; Sophia Grack, district manager (second from right); and store associates. Farragut Mayor Ron Williams (center) cut the ribbon alongside Vice Mayor Louise Povlin and Alderman Drew Burnette (beside Povlin). Representing Farragut Town Hall was Trevor Hobbs, in back between Povlin and Wililams, assistant to the Town administrator. “Today’s grand opening of the new Farragut store was a success,” said Amy Peters, Mt. Juliet Division vice president for ALDI.
