KCSO reports

• At 10:15 a.m., Saturday, Aug. 20, a complainant called into Teleserve Unit at KCSO to report an attempted theft at a construction site at a English Laurel Lane address. Complainant said the suspect was caught by witnesses, who live next door to the construction job site, trying to hook up and steal the trailer.

Complainant was notified the next day by the witnesses with the listed suspect’s license plate number and description of the suspect. Complainant said he Googled the license plate and found all of the suspect’s information and business company name. Total value of potential loss was listed at $7,000. Complainant said he then went to the suspect’s residence and saw the listed vehicle in the driveway with their license plate off the listed vehicle. Complainant advised a report should be made due to having the suspect’s information and the attempted theft.

• At 6:23 p.m., a complainant called KCSO Teleserve Unit to report a theft from a Comblain Road address. He advised around the listed date and time his son’s cell phone had been taken out of his backpack, on the bus, by an unknown suspect. Total value of potential loss was listed at $300.

• At 3:06 a.m., Friday, Aug. 19, officers responded to a North Campbell Station Drive address regarding an unconscious male. Upon arrival, officers made contact with complainant, who stated her boyfriend (suspect/arrestee/victim) was overdosing. “Officers observed the arrestee unconscious on the pavement. Officers were able to detect a pulse and observe the arrestee breathing,” the report stated. “Medical personnel responded and administered Narcan, after which the arrestee woke up and confirmed he had injected heroin earlier that evening. Arrestee refused medical attention and was released by medical personnel. A records check revealed the arrestee to have a FTA attachment, and he was taken into custody without incident.” Arrestee was transported to Roger D. Wilson Detention Facility, “but was refused by medical staff, and he was then taken to Tennova North Medical Center for further evaluation,” the report also stated.

• At 5:30 p.m., a complainant called KCSO Teleserve Unit to report a theft at a West Ashton Court residence. She advised she went to her bank in regards to not receiving her new card in the mail. She stated the teller advised her the card actually delivered and activated on Wednesday, Aug. 17, and was used on a transaction for $70. She advised she did not authorize the purchase or activate the card, so she was told to file a police report.

• At 2:22 p.m., Wednesday, Aug. 17, a complainant called KCSO North Precinct to file a report on a vandalism occurring at a Snyder Road address. He advised an unknown suspect shattered the rear passenger side window to a 2006 Honda Ridgeline. He advised the vehicle was not rummaged through. Total value of damage was listed at $350.
