• At 9:25 a.m., Wednesday, Aug. 31, a complainant called Knox County Sheriff’s Office North Precinct to report a lost license plate at an Andover Boulevard address. She advised her license plate was left on the top of her 2014 Ford Fiesta by mistake. Complainant said she forgot she left it there and drove off. She could not locate the license plate and was required to file a report in order to receive a new license plate. Total value of loss was listed at $65.
• At 3:48 p.m., Aug. 31, a complainant called KCSO Teleserve Unit to report a lost dealer plate, which was lost in the parking lot of Auto Spa, 11133 Kingston Pike. Complainant advised he was unable to locate it on Tuesday, Aug. 30. Total value of loss was listed at $65.
• On Aug. 31, an officer responded to Turkey Creek Medical Center, Parkside Drive, “in reference to the staff finding what appeared to be drugs in one of the rooms,” the report stated.
“The staff turned over a metal water bottle with a small item wrapped in tin foil and rubber gloves. The package weighed 4.3 grams and was placed into the drug bin at Knox County Jail for destruction.”
• At 8:29 a.m., Sunday, Aug. 28, a complainant called Knox County Sheriff’s Office Teleserve Unit to report her cell phone was stolen from Cotton Eyed Joe, 11224 Outlet Drive. Complainant believes the cell phone may have been stolen from the table where she sat. “Complainant said the phone currently is pinging at (a) Washington Ave. (address) in Knoxville as of (2:52 a.m., Aug. 28),” the report stated. At the time of this report there were no known suspects. Total value of loss was listed at $800.
