Hundreds of Farragut and area families made what has become an annual late November visit to
Founders Park at Campbell Station, as Town of Farragut’s Countdown to Light the Park featured more
than 70,000 lights being turned on by Santa Claus Monday evening, Nov. 21.
Providing entertainment in the minutes leading up to the lighting ceremony included Akima Club Singers,
Concord Brass, Angela Floyd Students and an FHS Choral group.
The lights will be on from 6 to 10 p.m. nightly through Tuesday, Jan. 2, with the exceptions of
Christmas Eve, Saturday, Dec. 24, and Christmas Day, Sunday, Dec. 25.
