Vandals do damage in 2 parks
Vandals apparently damaged both McFee Park and Anchor Park late Tuesday, Nov. 22, and early Wednesday, Nov. 23, by driving in the grass and “doing donuts.”
Tire tracks also were discovered on the McFee Park basketball court.
Farragut Parks and Recreation director Sue Stuhl said the damage was “minor” and no dollar assessment had yet been made as of Friday, Nov. 25.
“We are looking at camera footage and will get license plate numbers and pursue it,” she added.
