Stultzes launch Fresh Impressions in Farragut
Fresh Impressions is “a cleaning services business that exists to help high-value property owners in Knox County maintain their properties,” co-owner Ben Stultz said. “Whether residential or commercial, we do hardwood floor cleaning,” he added. “We are trained through the National Wood Flooring Association to do that.”
The company also provides tile and grout cleaning, commercial low-knap carpet cleaning and exterior services, such as window washing, concrete, walkways, sidewalks, curbs and house washing. “We really seek to be that one-stop shop for these high-value property owners,” Stultz said.
While it does offer one-time cleaning services, “We encourage people (to consider) ongoing cleaning maintenance of their properties,” he said. For example, Stultz advised wood floors need to be professionally cleaned at least once or twice a year, depending on the amount of traffic across the floors or if people have pets.
Tile and grout and window track cleaning also may need once-a-year maintenance.
“We have very sophisticated equipment with all these services we provide,” he said. “It’s one of the things that sets us apart from other companies that do cleaning.”
For instance, to clean windows, Fresh Impressions has an advanced water purification system with multiple filters to clean with no water spots.
Stultz and his family — wife, Catherine, and children, Averly, Dalton and Lyla — moved from Houston to Farragut in September to be closer to family.
“We were just ready to get back,” he said.
