ProLift expands, serves Knox County
“We provide garage door and opener repair, service and sales/new installation for all makes and models,” said Blake Shelton, co-owner. “We offer ProLift 270 and 370 openers that are branded and manufactured by Marantec.
“We sell Amarr brand doors and have a feature on our website that lets you design your door and superimpose it over a picture of your house,” he added.
The company also repairs doors.
“We guarantee our work, and doors and openers come with manufacturer warranties,” Shelton said.
“Our original plan was to purchase the Knoxville territory first then expand out, but it wasn’t available,” he added. “We were excited to find out we could purchase it early last year and began the process to complete the deal.
“The addition of Knox, Anderson and Loudon counties is huge for us. From a growth perspective, it has already paid dividends. We really look forward to being an active part of the community.”
Hours are from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Saturday, and 24/7 for emergency service. “We even come out on holidays,” Shelton said. “This year, we made an emergency call on New Year’s Day.”

“We have a call center that handles scheduling most appointments and they answer even when we aren’t available,” Shelton said.
