• Knoxville’s Community Development Corporation recently hired Joe LaCroix as director of information technology. Formerly in IT management with the Town of Farragut, he is a 2006 graduate of American InterContinental University and a 2019 graduate of Western Governors University.
• Wren S. Adkisson, MSN, recently joined the Scientific Advisory Board of NellOne Therapeutics Inc., a virtually integrated biopharmaceutical company commercializing a proprietary recombinant protein for treating inflammatory respiratory diseases.
Adkisson is a critical care practitioner with an area of interest in extracorporeal membrane oxygenation, used in treating severely ill ARDS patients.
• Rachael Ellis, director of development at Second Harvest Food Bank of East Tennessee, recently was selected to be a member of a senior executive peer advisory board in Knoxville by Vistage Worldwide Inc.
She joins almost 400 senior executives, business owners and CEOs across the Tennessee who are Vistage members.
