• 7 Title was set to open its third location, which is in West Knoxville, on Monday, April 17, in the Bearden area.
The Knoxville-based title company, which specializes in the settlement of residential and commercial transactions, is located at 5507 Kingston Pike. Its main office is at Northshore Town Center, and in 2021 it opened another location in Morristown. Additionally, it recently hired Whitney Lippert, who will serve as office manager at the Bearden location, while Anna Farley will join the company as business development executive.
• The University of Tennessee Medical Center recently was included as one of only 101 hospitals in the United States on Money.com’s first-ever Best Hospitals for Bariatric Surgery list.
Money.com, in partnership with The Leapfrog Group, announced this Best Hospitals list in January 2023.
