• After reading the Letter to the Editor last week (May 31 issue), I have a question. If there is no plan on file to build the park (along McFee Road), why are we spending millions on the property? Does the Town not have other projects that are more pressing, such as improving traffic at Kingston Pike and Campbell Station (Road) with the additional turn lanes recommended in the Biddle Farm traffic study?
• People need to know about this new sports complex. The $9 million dollar estimate is from (a Town official) who has a construction background. The $10,000 to $12,000 an acre to remove the trees is from (this official) also.
