Teenage siblings expand Clean Green
Teenage brothers Landon, Joe and Shae Parsons have expanded their business this year and have openings for new clientele.
The youngsters, ages 14, 15 and 16 respectively who own and operate Clean Green Lawn Pros LLC, have hired older brother, Nathanael Parsons, and his friend, Paul Hester, as the business continues to grow.
They made the switch to an all-electric mowing enterprise last July.
The business, which began four years ago with their dad’s (Matthew Parsons) borrowed mower and blower, “has exploded” during the past year, their father said.
The team had plans to mow more than 250 lawns in June alone.
“Although Landon, Joe and Shae are full-time students at Farragut Middle School and high school and active in sports and at church, they have been able to grow Knoxville’s only all-electric lawn mowing company into a thriving business,” Matthew Parsons added.
“Considering that the average gas lawn mower expels the same amount of air pollution as 43 new cars traveling 12,000 miles, the boys are excited about the future of all-electric lawnmowing and their role as ambassadors for it’s future,” he added.
“They are continuing to accept new clients in the West Knoxville area, as the summer gives them more freedom and they continue to add more Clean Green Lawn Pro Team members,” Parsons said.
