correction, clarification
Farragut resident Pam Zena, a resident of Brass Lantern subdivision who was addressing the Board of Mayor and Aldermen about what she experienced concerning serious noise issues with pickleball paddles hitting the ball during games at nearby McFee Park, was not accurately quoted in a Page 1A story in our Nov. 22 issue. She said, “On the original plans for the McFee Park expansion, the tennis courts (and pickleball) were not to be located in that area.”
Another quote of her’s, incomplete due to an editor error, should have stated, “What we know is there’s a problem nationwide with the courts in residential areas.” We regret the errors.
