Tthough losing, girls fight hard
HALLS — Devan McIntyre couldn’t mask her disappointment as her Farragut Middle School girls basketball team suffered a recemt lopsided loss.
“I wish we would’ve played a better game,” coach McIntyre said after the Lady Ads came up on the short end of a 39-25 decision versus Halls in a Knox County Middle School Basketball Class AAA in-school game at HMS Thursday, Nov. 30. “They were the better team today.”
Audree Rotan led Farragut in scoring with six points. Arabelle Wray added five while McKenna Hartley, Audrey Vann, Jayna Carbaugh and Livi Slagle finished with three points apiece.
