KCSO reports
• At 4:48 a.m., Monday, Dec. 11, a KCSO deputy was dispatched to a River Sound Drive residence in reference to a burglary in progress. “Dispatch advised the caller had a female … at gunpoint,” the report stated. “Upon my arrival, (female/suspect) was visibly intoxicated with watery eyes and slurred speech. (Suspect) said she believed that the residence she was at was a friend’s house.
“(Suspect) arrived in a 2010 Ford Explorer vehicle, drove up a long driveway and parked in the resident’s grass between a trailer and fence,” the report further stated. “(Suspect) admitted to drinking earlier in the night and there were several open containers of alcohol in the vehicle. (Suspect) stated she was a resident of a halfway house; however, she did not specify as to which one.
“It was determined that (the suspect) did not attempt to burglarize the residence,” the report further stated. “Due to her high level of intoxication and her inability to operate a motor vehicle, (she) was placed into custody ... and transported to the Roger D. Wilson Detention Facility without further incident.”
