Town of Farragut’s New Year’s at Noon
About 200 children and adults enjoyed treats, games and crafts before hundreds of balloons dropped in celebration of the New Year during Town of Farragut’s New Year’s at Noon celebration in Farragut Community Center Saturday, Dec. 30.
A popcorn bar, ginger ale and sparkling lemonade awaited youngsters and their adult escorts as they entered the Community Center.
The Assembly Hall allowed opportunities to decorate party hats and other crafts, while the gymnasium provided a venue for cornhole and other yard games before the 800 balloons dropped on children at noon.
