Town of Farragut ushered in March with its 15th Annual Shamrock Ball
Father-Daughter Dance, a tip of the hat to St. Patrick’s Day, in Farragut Community Center, 239 Jamestowne Blvd., Saturday, March 2.
Daddies and daughters enjoyed refreshments, which included a chocolate fountain, having their photos taken, making crafts and, of course, dancing. Meanwhile, proceeds benefitted Family Promise and Girl Talk, organizations supported by Kiwanis Club of Greater West Knox.
Parks and Recreation staff member Kalei Fisher said the first session, from 4 to 6 p.m., was sold out with 225 attendees. The second session, from 7 to 9 p.m., featured 150 attendees.
