Mission of Hope scholarship program
In the heart of the distressed Southern Appalachian region, Mission of Hope stands as a beacon of hope for senior high school students across 13 high schools.
This spring and summer, Mission of Hope celebrates the graduation of five more scholars taking advantage of M of H’s College Scholarship Program, bringing the total count of college graduates to 96. Several more are set to graduate in December.
These graduates have earned degrees in diverse fields, including business administration, nursing, education, welding, mechanics, engineering, social work, technology, therapy, agriculture and finance.
However, Mission of Hope cannot achieve these milestones alone. The organization appeals to the community for support in its mission to make a difference in the lives of Appalachian students.
